Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Canada: 7–15 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

We may also offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to become active.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure the fastest possible delivery. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
